The Tesla Model S has been the prestigious benchmark of fully electric sedans for the past 8 years. The current model has an astonishing 0-60 time of 2.3 seconds and a max range of 400 miles. Making it a compelling choice for traditional gasoline engine buyers. Tesla sent manufacturers scrambling as many did not anticipate the success of their lineup. Porsche came out with an all electric Taycan and the electric startup Rivian is expected to release soon.
Mercedes has now released a true electric sedan competitor called the ‘EQS’. The EQS is the pinnacle of Mercedes design and technology.
